It’s is from my experience a great knife for its price. This knife is very fragile and just simply chopping firewood would fold the blade. The entire thing was uneven the bevels are at different angles and the plunge line was uneven as well I had so shaped this myself because it was pretty much dull when it came in.but for the price it an excellent knife I recommend it more for show and not use and if for use maybe around the kitchenIt’s is from my experience a great knife for its price. Not a good color and not fully shelacked...disappointed some. The color may be a poor choice of partly bleached wood or uneven shading...plus spots missed with shalack....bit dissapointed.....still like the blade and general look, but not as nice as another I bought a few years ago. Thank You.

Well, it's not really a collector item. I knew it wasn't a great knife when I bought it. It is good for outdoor use and banging around so it meets my needs. I wouldn't recommend it to collectors though. Rrg

there is no bowie knife anywhere that is this cheap , and still have this kind of quality. it is beautiful ,very strong , 1095 high carbon steel.
