Finish did not match the photo, arrived flat black with brass buttons. The center lion is not highlighted, just the flat black. I did not contact the seller because I like it. I just painted the lion gold. I probably would have changed the finish somewhat even if it had appeared like the photo. Overall, an impressive shield.
