This Snarling Dogs wah pedal has three basic wah sounds - White Room, Voodoo, and Shaft, and the Twinductor Beef Boost for each leaves you with a total of six. Further you can play each of these six wahs in Testosterone (high power) or Estrogen (low power) on this guitar effect pedal for 12 unique and different wahs.     Cool wah, cool sound.

    I love the look and build (like a tank)of the pedal. Great tonal possibilities and outstanding wah sounds. The foot pedal will not stay in any fixed position, rather it falls like a rock if your foot is not on it. This fact makes the Snarling Dog unusable as a tone control. The range of the tonal sweep is large, but occurs within a small amount of pedal movement which is very near the toe-down position. This does allow a lot of wah-wah action without bending your ankle very far, which I do like. I probably will own a different wah pedal someday (I have read that the Dogs are a bit unreliable) but I am enjoying the Snarling dog for now. I would recommend it to a friend, except for the expensive cost of the pedal when compared to its reliability and purported lack of service ...

    My Snarling Dawg Lost it's Bite!!!

    Awesome Sound but Bad, Bad Functional Design..... Used it a dozen or so times in the Studio and again at live Guitar Center & Sam Ash Music Store Demos / Pedal was Killer on Jimi'z Voodoo Child and All Along the Watchtower Then.... The foot pedal wouldn't stay up, shortly thereafter it broke on me with a whimper while live and I had to switch to my 43 year old Clyde McCoy mid-solo I luv the the way it looks and the sound changing options are superb Pricing verses Durability & Reliability at this point is a "Flat Rip Off" Getting it repaired in a timely fashion?? I can buy a new one faster and have that one go bad on me before I can get a response from the Manufacturer When the Doggie lost it's "Bite" I emailed customer service and tried to find help with fixing it but I haven't ...

    Snarling Dog

    It does what it says in a wah fashion. I can't complain. There are control nibs on the sides that allow you to adjust the dirtieness and volume of the pedal. I felt comfortable enough running this after my M13.

    Cool factor A+ Wah Sounds B-

    If your looking for ultimate wah pedal, keep looking. However, if you want some nice sounds and like the cool factor of the snarling dogs whine-o, give it a try.
