dive/utility vehicle fixed blade
this is an excellent update of the vintage tekna-style one piece dive knife. larger than the original, with a bowie style clip point and aggressive serrations on top. Good edge geometry and clean grind lines for a MIC knife. I retired my Tekna from active duty, and now this rides above my driver's side visor in its place. Only negatives are out of the box sharpness is what you would expect from a mass produced MIC knife. Good news is, after a few min. with strop, it will shave hair easily. long term use will determine if the heat treat is good or not. The other negative is the limb straps. Take them off the sheath and deposit them in the nearest trash can. They smell horribly of burnt rubber. Not a deal breaker though. Perfect knife for all outdoor activities
Terrific knife for camping, boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, etc. Comes w/ 2 straps for securing to leg or arm. Button makes it impossible to accidentally unsheath but easy to slide loose when you need it. Blade is double sided with a serrated edge on one side and smooth edge on the other. Incredible value!
